Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy :
Saritanvi.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:

Replacement Guarantee, Products Received in Damaged condition/Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item

Saritanvi.com offers you Replacement on the product(s) ordered on Saritanvi.com. This means that within 15 days from the date of delivery you can ask for replacement of the product(s) subject to following terms and conditions :

  1. You can ask for replacement of product(s) in case of any manufacturing defect viz. if the product is mis-coloured, then the same product(s) will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product(s).
  2. Replacement can be for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Saritanvi.com and notification of the same within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Replacement is offered for the product(s) sold by Saritanvi.com

Disclaimer on Replacement :

  1. Any decision on 15 Day Replacement Guarantee on the Product(s) sold by Saritanvi.com is at the sole discretion of Saritanvi.com and decision Saritanvi.com shall be final and binding.
  2. Saritanvi.com reserves the right to withdraw from 15 Day Replacement Guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
  3. The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by manufacturer and Saritanvi.com cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by manufacturer.
  4. Strictly No Exchange is possible on Customized or Tailored or Stitched Items,
  5. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, Saritanvi.com is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items sourced outside of India.
  6. Saritanvi.com shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in Colour of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and Colour settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens.
  7. A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in Colour as seen on the website as against the actual Colour of the product received.
  8.   9. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.

Points to Note in Regard Replacement :

  1. You can contact us via our website Contact Us before initiating the return. Saritanvi.com will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.
  2. Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the Saritanvi.com or its partner’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he or she should refuse to accept delivery and mail Saritanvi.com customer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.
  3. In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform Saritanvi.com within 24 hrs of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of Saritanvi.com to replace the order.
  4. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to customer.
  5. Saritanvi.com will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that Saritanvi.com will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the Saritanvi.com website, Incase of customized products and wish to cancel for any reasons Saritanvi is liable to deduct a minimum charges for the product initiation cost ( in-case of fabric purchase cost, manpower cost etc..)
  6. The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from Saritanvi.com within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the shipment.
  7. Saritanvi.com does not accept any returns after 15 days of receiving the shipment.

Other Points to Note with regard to Cancellation Policy :

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  3. Saritanvi.com does not accept cancellation requests for items that are under Imported Category.
  4. Saritanvi.com does not accept cancellation requests for the items which are undergoing any kind of Stitching or Customization or Tailoring.

Other Points to Note with regard to Refund Policy :

  1. Strictly we do no refund back for what so ever the reason.
  2. Strictly No refunds in case of Stitched or Customized or Tailored Items.

Other Points to be Noted with regards to Colour and Beading :

  1. Red, Maroon, Pink and Orange Colours have a tendency such red, maroon and orange Colours have a tendency to reflect a different shade. There might be slight Colour differences when seen on the website from your screen and   actual product.
  2. White and Off-White and cream Colours might look alike on screen, than what you see in actual.
  3. Sea Green Colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
  4. If you have ordered and stopped the delivery and forgot to get it delivered from us we take a responsibility of the product for a period of 6-10 months only later and beyond that we shall not be responsible of the same.
  5. Products, which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
  6. In case of Anarkali Flares/Ghare/Kali show in picture might be huge but originally it might be of regular Anarkali but not as much as in picture and we will not be responsible for the same, as it designed by manufacture we shall provide accordingly. And we do not take any kind of return or refund for the same.
