Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Saritanvi, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel or return an order, we have a straightforward cancellation and refund policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel your order by sending an email to saritanvi@gmail.com with your order details. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at saritanvi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling fees, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
